**When will my order arrive?**  

The delivery time depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery personnel. We provide a range of shipping representatives in major cities, and it typically takes between 1 to 3 days from the order confirmation.

**Is there delivery outside the country?**  

Currently, the shipping companies we partner with deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on our delivery page. You can request international delivery from our store team via WhatsApp for information on the product's weight and pricing from unregistered international shipping agents.

**What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?**  

You should refer to our return policy to understand the terms for returns and exchanges. If there is an agreed-upon manufacturing defect that qualifies for a return, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer, as well as the cost for reshipping. However, the product's value will not be charged to the customer according to our return policy.

**I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?**
