**Return and Exchange Policy:**

- The right to return or exchange is guaranteed for all our customers and applies to all products offered in our store.

- All products displayed in our store are eligible for return and exchange according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is still in its original packaging.

- Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us through our "Contact Us" page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Kindly take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number for it to be exchanged for another product if the item is defective or has a specific flaw, or does not meet the agreed specifications.

- A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the description on our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.

- A deduction of 30% or an amount not less than 25 dirhams will apply if the customer wishes to return a product that is not defective and has no issues.
